     My Experience Being a Part of        Trainboment Programme Internship

    Enormayu is an enthusiastic group aimed to create an extraordinary life and to make a better person out of us youngsters.

What I learnt from Enormayu???

               ROUTINE CHALLENGE 

The first topic learnt from Enormayu. It's about morning wakeup and Daily work done by us.I understood the value of time and how to manage time in Daily life.It was really useful task.

           STRESS & TIME MANAGEMENT        ;CAREER PLANE 

Stress, the most common thing having in every person.Firstly in us.Becouse we are students.We should know what factors of stress and how can we overcome from stress.

Time, is the very valuable thing in our life. If we don't know time management then our work will not done easily and quickly. We have to know how can we manage our time in life Otherwise we will not be success.

Career plan, All should have a good career. But If our career become good ;we should do career plane. Other wise we won't become the person what we wish. 

Regarding to these we done one assignment. 

                  PASSION 

Is everyone's passion is same??? No. Because Passion is not same for everyone. We have to follow our passion. 

Highlights of Passion :Define Job rule,Defining and Refining the Industry,Evaluation of Skills occupied and Approach.We have to Discover our passion.& We have to follow our passion.We will be success person ever. 

GROUP ASSIGNMENT ;TEAM WORK 

Here we were one. Because The Assignment were done by Team work.These was very good experience and I was feel the team leader should always be strong.

Video Resume 

Resume which means our biodata. For Applying a job Resume is important. Resume contains information about us. Here we did Animation Video and resume which was paid assignment.By these video resume others can learn about us. 

Website Building

It was the first experience of website building. Because still I didn't build an website.Here I build an website based on my passion. It was really amazing experience. 

              APTITUDE 

It is very important. Because Aptitude which will ask in Placement in Engineering.Very Important to our dream job recruitment. 

              GUEST SECTION 

These esection was really interesting... Bcs muralidharan sir,the most experienced person to the panel.Who have been the placement trainer to top colleges and helped many students to get placed. His students got placed Internationally as well. He explained how they become placement trainer and about his journey... Amazing section... For us it's a good motivate section and use full section... 

              PSYCHOLOGY of HR 

Well to conquer a role you must be able to judge and act accordingly .Well this is what I learnt when we given the thought process of hiring manager and different levels of manager .This helped me to understand the way they think and expect and how to use it to my advantage in the whole scenario. 

              OVER ALL OUTCOMES OF THE PROGRAMME 

My first online course.These Enormayu Trainboment Programme was really helped me by many ways and lot of changes was did. Now am getting confident that I will be success person.I would tell one thing that Enormayu is really done the Amazing Trainboment Programme.Recommend you all join these Course and Be a successful person in your life.
